Cycloxazoline, or (m4-Westiellamide)-tetrasilver(I) tetraperchlorate pentahydrate, is from the organism Westiellopsis prolifica. Cycloxazoline is a natural product that has been shown to be a biologically active anti-cancer agent, effecting the G2/m phase of HL-60 leukemia cells. The compound is a cyclic hexapeptide, and is used as a cytotoxin by deep sea organisms.
