Methyl Corylone is a food additive with strong maple flavor.

Other names: 3,4-Dimethyl-2-hydroxy-2-cyclopenten-1-one
Layman's explanation: Methyl Corylone produces a taste and fragrance similar to Cyclotene. It is naturally found in coffee, tobacco and tobacco substitute cigarettes. This substance has a maple and caramel taste and as a flavor additive, it is recommended for caramel, maple, coffee and raisin.
