Hydrogen Selenide

Hydrogen Selenide is used in doping as mix for preparation of semiconductor materials.

Chemical Formula: H2Se
Other names: Hydrogen Selenide
Layman's explanation: Hydrogen Selenide is a colorless toxic gas with a foul penetrating odor that it is extremely flammable and can form explosive mixture with air. It is used for the preparation of metallic selenides and organoselenium compounds. It is also used as a dopant gas for preparation of semiconductor materials for use in lasers, solar cells and other equipment containing controlled amounts of significant impurities.
